Thank you for shopping with Soular Therapy. We’re committed to delivering your luxury fragrance products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Based on weight & location.
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at an additional cost.
- Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or order minimums.
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather disruptions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@soulartherapy.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to make a change, email us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
