At Soular Therapy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines specific return and refund terms based on product type.


General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Item-Specific Return & Refund Terms

Home Cologne and Diffuser Oils

  • Non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing samples before committing to full-sized items.
  • Due to the nature of these products and fragrance sensitivity, no returns can be accepted once these items have shipped.

Diffusers

  • Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Must meet all general return eligibility requirements.
  • Diffusers come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty covering device defects only (e.g., mechanical or electronic failure).
    • This does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, even when making warranty claims.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at rene@soulartherapy.com so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

In addition to Home Cologne and Oils, the following are also non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
